Deliveries are made island-wide within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.
A flat shipping fee of LKR 350 is applicable and must be paid by the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors (e.g., weather, public holidays).
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days.
